Is there a way to copyright and put your name on your photo without it actually showing up on your photo?

I just released an audio (music) CD. I used a storefront of a grocery store as the theme. There just happened to be someone walking out of a door from an adjacent building. Do I have any legal concerns?

Our neighbour requested access to the courtyard of our investment property to remove a vine from the roof of our deck. Access was granted, however, two years later, we find they took photographs at the time of the back of our dwelling and private property which they are now using against us in an attempt to have the deck removed (for reasons we are unable to fathom). Were they allowed to take these photos???

Probably, yes. You granted access (without conditions) so the neighbours could likely do anything reasonable, such as take photos.
