A 24MP, full-frame DSLR is anticipated from Sony, according to Sony Alpha Rumors. The Sony A99 is expected to be announced on September 12, 2012 with an availability around the end of October. The price is estimated to be around $2,800.

“the A99 will be Sony’s first full-frame camera since the A850 was released three years ago, and its first since switching to a translucent mirror system.”
Aaron Souppouris, The Verge, Aug 28, 2012

Sony already has a 24MP DSLR (the A77, with a list price of $1,399.99) but that uses a smaller APS-C format sensor.
