| Pfeiffer Waterfall This exotic waterfall in a sylvan setting is in Pfeiffer Big Sur State Park. It is reached along a short hike through the woods from the north parking area. To photograph waterfalls, always use a slow shutter speed (about 1/8s). This blurs the falling water so that it looks like flowing silk. To get such a slow shutter speed, use a small aperture (high f-number), slow film, and/or a neutral density filter, and use a support (tripod or wall) to keep the camera steady. |
